Millie and Trunks

Rosemary, Morty and Loki
Kathleen helped me tackle a big challenge with my 6-month-old Labradoodle pups, Morty and Loki. I adopted the brothers to keep our senior beagle, Lucy, company after the loss of her companion, but soon found myself managing three dogs with an 11-year age gap!
The pups’ enthusiastic morning greetings turned into a competition to jump up and bowl me over—not ideal for two growing Labradoodles. Kathleen suggested some simple but effective strategies, including some fun games to redirect their energy and attention. It worked beautifully—they stopped jumping, and mornings became calm and enjoyable again.
